As a member of our team, you'll be part of a company that values results, caring and learning. What will you be doing? Manage processes: Manage scheduling market appointments, line sheet/order form creation, supporting market appointments, and line presentations at FFANY 4x time per year. Manage sample ordering, unpacking, and international shipping while keeping the sample record. Assist in merchandising and selling analysis. Ensure consistency: Assure support of Account Manager for achievement of financial goals. Goals include sales and gross margin targets by account. Partner and brand health (sales and store growth, traffic and conversion metrics, inventory management) will also be measured against goals. Maximize expectations: Build & nurture relationship with distributors and retail operators and influence them so that they understand and further embrace the Sam Edelman brand vision. Manage Distributor Relationships. Day-to-day liaison between brand teams (e.g. Merchandising, Design, Demand Planning, Costing, Product Development, VM, Marketing, Sales) and the Distributor to ensure alignment of Sam Edelman brand objectives. Own data analysis: Liaise with Account Manager to report on WTD, MTD, STD, and YTD selling analysis from Skypad or other tool. Join partner calls as needed to track in-season performance. Create selling tools pre and in-season using partner selling results to optimize inventory. Technical skills: Have a detail-oriented mindset with a strong background in retail math, Excel, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing sales data, understanding industry calculations, and creating detailed reports using Excel.
