BENEFITS Travel Perks Optional Daily Pay Flexible Schedules Health/Life Insurance 401k Paid Time Off Dental/Vision Employee Assistance Program Referral Program ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Lead and drive the strategic vision for all food and beverage operations across multiple locations, ensuring all guest expectations are consistently exceeded Development and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that aligns with the specific brand's overarching goals and objectives Oversee the creation and execution of business plans for all food and beverage outlets, ensuring alignment with the specific brand's strategic direction Ensure that brand standards and quality are consistently maintained across all locations, delivering a unified and exceptional guest experience Collaborate with the food and beverage leadership team to monitor and evaluate operational performance, including labor management and cost-effectiveness Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and provide guidance during health inspections to maintain high standards Work with executive leadership to develop and manage budgets for all food and beverage operations, analyzing financial reports to identify areas for improvement and ensuring effective cost control without compromising quality Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners Lead negotiations for contract renewals and new business opportunities, and address client feedback and escalated situations as necessary Analyze regional operational performance to identify areas for improvement Monitor and respond to unfavorable trends such as employee turnover, guest dissatisfaction and waste/shrinkage Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional efforts to maximize resources, foster team relations, and leverage best practices across all locations Participate in recruitment, selection, and training processes as needed for assigned regions, ensuring that the team is well equipped to deliver outstanding service Actively seek and respond to guest feedback, addressing any issues promptly and effectively KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES Possess knowledge of food and beverage in the restaurant or hotel operations Speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language proficiently Ability to speak other languages in a multicultural work environment can be extremely helpful in facilitating good communication among all hotel team members Able to read and write to facilitate the communication process Able to utilize quick thinking apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance to brand standards Vision for seating guests, expediting good, cleaning equipment, reading floor plans, charts and schedules Lead and be a role model for all team members Able to make decisions with only general policies and procedures available for guidance Able to work in fast paced environment Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks EXPERIENCE Experience in a senior food and beverage management role with multiple locations LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES ServSafe Training required. Any requirements unique to local and state regulations required. Brand standards and/or additional training required. OTHER The Food & Beverage Director may be required to work varying schedules as dictated by the business needs of the hotel. This includes attendance at all scheduled brand and job specific training sessions and meetings. May require nights, weekends, and holidays.
