Commonwealth Rolled Products, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of Aluminum rolled products for the Automotive, Commercial, and Industrial markets. The Company operates its production facility in Lewisport, KY with the support of an Automotive Innovation Center for R&D, Sales and Field Service in Madison Heights (DET), and Inside Sales in the Cleveland, OH area. Our Information Technology department seeks to add a talented Legacy Systems Specialist to our IT team. The position will be in Lewisport, KY, at our critical manufacturing facility and liaison between IT and business teams. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MRP Systems, MVS and tools, Cobol language, application development and lifecycle, and excellent business and communication skills. Prior experience with process industries and implementation experience is highly desirable. Responsibilities Include: Live and champion the Commonwealth Rolled Products Core Values; Safety, Integrity, Customer Focus, Ownership, Excellence, and Teamwork. Adhere to all Health and Safety programs, including taking personal ownership over daily actions that drive to a zero (0) incident culture. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business owners and subject matter experts to regularly review customer satisfaction, project priorities, service needs, process improvements, etc. Work with key business owners to streamline, document, and improve existing and new processes leveraging our current legacy MRP and Oracle EBS platform. Document and communicate functional requirement specifications for system enhancements and report/data needs to the IT development team. Provide quality assurance and testing on newly developed customizations and reports before delivering to the user group. Provide second/third level functional/technical support on escalated issues from help desk. Provide documentation and training to end-user groups on existing functionality and newly developed enhancements. Provide project management and QA services for all assigned projects and enhancements. Provide IT support for requisitions, Purchase Orders, Receipts, manage contracts Provide IT support for budgets, audits and SOW's (Scopes of work) Work with IT vendors for goods and services Adhere to IT governance policies and security policies Required Qualifications: 4-year bachelor's degree. 2 + years in procurement and/or MVS with manufacturing background preferred. 3 + years in Oracle applications preferred. Solid Project Management skills and experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present project status to senior level business partners.
