15th October, 2024 The Wilner Group has partnered with a multigenerational accounting firm that handles audit, tax, and advisory services in the business community. With the most cutting-edge technology and office facilities they serve a wide range of clients throughout the U.S. and in Europe. Together we are searching for a Tax Manager with a CPA or EA to join their team. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule, with occasional in-person meetings, as required. The compensation for this position is $120k-$145k based on experience Responsibilities: Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, including high-net-worth clients, as well as corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns in compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Conduct tax research and stay updated on new tax laws and regulations Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters. Supervise, train, and mentor junior tax staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or EA required. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive tax experience, including supervisory roles. Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills. Ability to be flexible and adapt to a unique client needs driven practice. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software applications. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written format. A strong commandof the English language and grammar is necessary.
