Position Summary: Project Coordinatorcoordinates and processes all related activities regarding products sold and maintained by the Sprinkler Installation department Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer phone and communicate with customers. Contact customer to schedule the installation or service. Schedule daily runs for the technicians in scheduling system Sedona. Working knowledge of Sedona in Jobs and Service. Works in Sophia daily. Ability to create jobs and service tickets in Sedona. Upload documents into the jobs and service tickets in Sedona. Order material coordinating with the warehouse for the scheduled work. Request our engineer to complete signed and sealed drawings. Submit PO and check request to A/P. Complete the permit submittal package for submission to the AHJ. Request plan review check once the permit submittal has been approved. Add project closeout performances on the incentive spreadsheet. Complete the service agreement commission form for new service sold. Meet/Exceed the monthly billing budget. Reconcile the technicians time sheets and the actual time in Sedona from the FSU. Prepare the billing for review with the department manager. Update PO#'s for Service Tickets. Responsible for meeting and exceeding the customers' expectations on projects. Update inspection frequencies once billing has been completed.
