Early Learning Center - Assistant Executive Director Full Time, Monday through Friday (standard business hours with On Call expectation) In-Office Philadelphia, PA 19148 KenCrest is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to support in guiding our Earning Learning Centers (ELC) with a clear vision; inspiring others to participate in the expansion of a vision for the program(s). As our Assistant Executive Director , you will Lead all aspects of the implementation of High-Quality Early Learning Programming across all sites; provide leadership to guide educational programs; extend staff problem solving abilities, encourage next level professional development, support relationships with families and stakeholders; facilitate compliance monitoring and reporting, ensure full program enrollment. Support centers by serving as subject matter specialist and the central point of contact in managing high value partnerships / contractual obligations, collaborations, quality assurance initiatives and accreditation programs. Director's credential preferred. Minimum of 5 yearssupervisory and early childhood program management experience. Experience and thorough knowledge of Head Start, Early Head Start and Pre-K Counts programs required. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency.
