JOB SUMMARY The Branch Manager is responsible for the management, direction and operations of a full-service branch. Provide optimum service and effective leadership to support various products and operational service levels. Responsible for development, training and coaching of all staff assigned to the branch. OBJECTIVES Provides effective leadership to include staff recognition, staffing efficiency, effective peer interaction, timely employee reviews, conflict resolution and leading by example. Proactively train and develop staff in order to utilize credit union resources in the most efficient and effective manner. For the branch to reach all assigned goals. For the branch to proactively demonstrate the TVFCU core values of integrity, honesty, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, accountability and strong relationships in every interaction with members To proactively engage in the community in which your branch is situated in by participating in networking events, community events, or business calls in the community to drive new business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and motivate the team to deliver high quality member service ensuring delivery is accurate, complete, swift and courteous Proven sales skills, by demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales/production goals Leverage internal recognition programs to incent and reward team members for effort and results Coach staff in sales techniques and achievement of retail sales goals both on the individual level and branch level Staff selection, training and development, coaching and counseling employees Ensure the branch team develops and maintains strong technical, soft and leadership skills; strong cohesion; high morale; and strong performance levels Complete branch monthly cash vault audit to keep credit union assets secure and within operational limits Analyze statistics and reports to discover, report and leverage business performance and trends Assist other areas of the credit union to support member service requirements and initiatives Ensure compliance with all security, safety and emergency preparedness procedures Ensure compliance with all HR related policies, practices and procedures, such as timekeeping, and leave usage Maintains confidentiality at all times. Proactively demonstrate the TVFCU core values of integrity, honesty, flexibility, teamwork, leadership, accountability and strong relationships in every interaction with members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Skills and Other Requirements TVFCU requires that candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent with previous customer experience.
