Community Clinician - Brockton , MA Shift: Days Job Summary & Responsibilities: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support youth in their recovery goals Work in partnership with the youth, family and team members to provide strength-based comprehensive assessments, treatment plans and collaborative safety plans Provide evidenced-based clinical interventions, family therapy, crisis intervention and parent education to help stabilize youth and family in the home and community Complete progress notes and required program documentation Participate in on-call rotation for crisis intervention Complete substance abuse assessments and interventions as necessary Education, Licensure, and Experience: Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling , Social Work, Family Therapy or a related field License preferred (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT), or license eligible 2 years of experience working with serious mental health challenges in youth, young adults and families Bilingual applicants strongly encourage to apply For more information please reach out to Kuldeep Singh: at or by Email: at .
