Location : Remote, but candidates must reside in California, Washington, or Oregon Start : ASAP Duration : 5-6 months, with trial scheduled for late January//early February as of now ( concurrent employment not permitted ) Hours : 20-25 hours a week (possibly more leading up to trial) Qualifications: 4+ years of labor & employment litigation experience Preferably with California fair employment and housing case experience Preferably with investigation experience, as the role will involve tracking down factual issues, analyzing them, and resolving them, which may include finding and interviewing individuals Actively licensed and in good standing in your state of residence ( California, Washington, or Oregon ) LTSFO_ To Apply for this Job Click Here
