Position Overview: As the IL Resident Services Coordinator, you will work closely with the Executive Director and other department managers to ensure that the needs of our residents are met, offering a high standard of service. Your leadership will guide a small concierge team, and your collaboration with multiple departments will help create a positive and supportive environment for our senior residents. A significant portion of this role also includes sales and marketing responsibilities, making sales experience a valuable asset in helping us grow our community and maintain high occupancy. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support concierge personnel, ensuring 24/7 service that meets the needs of our residents. Act as the primary point of contact for residents and their families, addressing concerns and coordinating services. Collaborate with the Executive Director, Food Service Director, and Activities Director to monitor dining services, activities, and transportation. Assist with sales and marketing efforts by conducting tours for potential residents and their families and collaborating with the Sales Director to ensure smooth transitions for new residents. Ensure smooth transitions for new residents, assisting with move-ins and providing orientation to the community. Lead quality assurance efforts, record-keeping, and trend monitoring to ensure resident safety and satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience in senior living or related fields. Sales and marketing experience in a senior living or related environment is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team. Previous experience in supervising staff is preferred.
