A high level of interpersonal skills to handle customer service issues calmly and professionally. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials. Prior transportation experience in LTL/Truckload/Local Cartage/Broker capacity The ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education/Experience: High School Diploma/GED and minimum of a two-year college degree (associate degree) and knowledge of the transportation industry (preferred).
