Duties Include: Senior Experience Design Researcher will lead and support experience design research, measurement, and testing for a portfolio of complex and interrelated journeys in which the majority of solutions are technology-based Work with cross-functional teams to personally execute on end-to-end research needs, from discovery to launch and beyond Identify what research is most appropriate for the situation and help to define visions, roadmaps, and solutions based on human-centric insights, business viability, and overall feasibility Help to form data-driven insights to address user needs Iteratively test anything from paper prototypes through in-production solutions to inform and recommend better paths to pursue Communicate industry-standard and enterprise-specific measurements clearly and consistently As a Senior Experience Design Researcher, you will be part of a team that believes their best work comes from strong collaboration and you'll work with them to influence stakeholders, build rapport, and cultivate consensus for excellence Be a trusted design partner for your team, bringing professionalism to every aspect of your work Required Skills : * 5-10 years of experience with experience design research, measurement, and testing and one or more other core experience design skills -design strategy, service design, interaction design, and/or interface design - ideally in a large enterprise, preferably B2B; Experience in Insurance and/or other Financial Services is a plus * Proficiency participating in and executing elements of the design process and methodologies ranging from concept development to launch * Experience with online remote research tools (e.g., UserZoom, , Optimal Workshop) * Experience creating experience design and research artifacts, such as journey maps, flows, and storyboards * A working understanding of research methods including experimental design, generating research plans, defining, and tracking experience metrics, data analyses (qual and quant), data synthesis, and coordinating work on multiple products * Experience working with cross-functional teams, collaborating with business, technology, and a whole host of subject matter experts to influence decisions based on human-centric design priorities * Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; Ability to communicate complex interaction concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization * Portfolio of work showcasing research rationale and key deliverables throughout a research and design lifecycle (e.g., initial research through in-production testing), with examples of key deliverables, stories, and recommendations at each stage * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively on complex and ambiguous endeavors Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
