Description As the Automation Manager, you will lead end-to-end, integrated robotic process automation solutions through a delivery team of automation developers and business consultants. The primary toolkit will include UIPath and shall be inclusive of both attended and unattended automation and intelligent workflow. A forward thinking mindset with expertise and experience in leading the delivery of automation is critical to the success of this role. This leader will help to drive day to day success of implementing robotic process automation as well as help to lead the future vision of our intelligent automation program. Primary responsibilities include Research, innovate & pilot new automation tools. Recommend automation solutions across the enterprise and lead solution design sessions. Lead highly engaged and highly skilled Agile teams in a way that balances risk and results. Support unique automation development solutions for complex automation challenges. Implement strategic roadmap for automation software and development. Consult with Technology Architecture team to plan for future software requirements and changes. Help to effectively manage budget & forecast for automation delivery. Help to manage vendor relationships to ensure automation teams are adequately supported. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials 3-5 years experience leading the delivery of UIPath automation. People leadership experience with a collaborative approach and style. Agile certification a plus (not required) UIPath certification a plus (not required) Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: M-F 9am to 5pm Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
