Job Description: 3 or more years of experience operating laser welding equipment. Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods Ability to read and work from detailed process sheets and drawings Computer skills for retrieval of drawings, work instructions, and other job activities Ability to utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and other similar instruments Good dexterity and eye/hand coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly without compromising quality Ability to work in a diverse team environment Excellent interpersonal, teaming, and communication skills Experience with J-STD-001 Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment Experience in mechanical assembly processes of small electronic devices.
