These programs include succession planning, identification of high-potentials, retention of high-performing employees. Duties and Responsibilities Strengthen and harmonize the Talent Review process making sure it leads to efficient career development action plans aligned with the business needs. Identify key capabilities needed for all functions, update gaps, and define and implement gap closure plan. Establish and implement Succession Planning reviews to ensure Talent readiness. Structure our managerial/leadership programs incorporating our culture & values, reinforcing our leadership capabilities, preparing the new generation of leaders, keeping up to speed our solid contributors, fostering creativity, collaboration, networking, agility, alignment & efficiency, and partner with the L&D Program Leader to implement initiatives. Structure and implement a more dynamic internal mobility program for increased development opportunities. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to design and implement Talent Management strategies that align with organizational goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Good balance between strategic vision and implementation. Agile, innovative, and problem solver, ability to adapt in a transforming environment. HRIS knowledge and experience directly implementing HRIS systems. Experience in working in international environments and matrix organizations.
