Obstetrics & Gynecology - New York Our client, in Lewis County New York is looking for a highly motivated OB/ GYN specialist physician to help complete the rebuild of the Women's Health Service. Our client is looking for a physician willing to commit to provide exceptional healthcare for the women in their community. Two outpatient Nurse Practitioners help support the office allowing the physicians adequate time for an active surgical and procedural focus. Physicians with strong surgical interest and skills as well as leadership and strategic vision are ideal. What they offer: Very competitive base salary-up to $457K- negotiable based on experience/surgical skills & office and surgical volume expectations Start/relocation bonus- $25 K - RVU bonus for productivity, paid quarterly, productivity rewarded 1:3 call coverage Low Obstetric volume- 150 annual deliveries projected for 2024 and goal of increasing to 220 annual deliveries by 2026 Scheduled surgical block time 2 days per week with other access for urgent cases Benefits include occurrence malpractice CME allowance 6 weeks paid time off premium health, dental and disability insurance NY State pension retirement plan or 401 K by provider choice This is a physician shortage area HHS, DANY, PSLF, NHSC and other loan repayment programs are available there is the potential eligibility for HHS and J1Visa waivers What they are looking for: Candidates must be board eligible/certified in FP, licensed in the state of New York and interested in a long-term position.
