Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Manager Location: Aston, PA Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Facilities & Maintenance Manager to supervise and direct a dedicated team responsible for maintaining machinery and the overall infrastructure of our facilities. This role will encompass oversight of the buildings and grounds across multiple sites, including afterhours security management. Key Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance operations for machinery and facilities. Ensure compliance with environmental reporting and wastewater treatment oversight. Manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support. Coordinate afterhours security operations. Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, or 7-10+ years of maintenance management/supervisory experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience with environmental reporting and wastewater treatment. At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across various systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Work Schedule: Standard hours are Monday to Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM. Flexibility is required for assignments that may occur outside normal work hours, with availability by company-provided phone. Preferred Qualifications: Lean Six Sigma experience. CSP certification. Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Familiarity with ISO9001 or AS9100 environments.
