If so, this may be the role for you. We are looking for an experienced Injury Prevention Worksite Wellness (IPWW) Consultant to focus on the Vermont and Western Massachusetts territories. How we do it Listening with empathy Acting with compassion Doing the right thing Succeeding through collaboration What You'll Do The Loss Control and Safety Consultant is responsible for providing injury prevention and worksite wellness services to accounts in order to assist policyholders in reducing losses from industrial accidents and injuries. This role will identify hazards and deficiencies in various worksite environments that could lead to accidents and injuries. The Consultant prepares written reports of findings, presents findings, and monitors corrective actions. The Consultant also conducts training programs for policyholder management and employees on a wide variety of safety topics. We're looking for someone that has: a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in safety related disciplines, experience in workers' compensation loss control, designations such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and Associate in Risk Management (ARM), excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a driver's license and a clean driving record.
