The Capital Partners Marketing and Sales Enablement Technology Manager is a critical role in the evolution of our marketing, sales enablement, and reporting functions. This person will act as a strategist, data analyst, and project manager, all rolled into one. They should inherently love to solve problems, create the change they want to see, and drive innovation. This role is responsible for maintaining and continuously optimizing our marketing, sales, and reporting technology platforms, infrastructure, and operations across the Capital Marketing. This person will collaborate closely with the senior leaders in Capital Partners Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the firm on short term and long-term business and technology plans, using their experience and understanding of the marketing technology landscape. This candidate will fill a gap with their knowledge and hands-on experience of the latest trends and best practices in systems integration, data automation and technology adaptation to help bridge IT with modern marketing demands from a business perspective. This role acts as a liaison between technical and business user groups as well as gain an in-depth understanding of the marketing, sales, and CRM business strategy, processes, and roadmap so to support successful execution of projects that support the Capital Partners line of business. Work collaboratively with the firm and line of business' data governance leaders to design strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy. Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales enablement, front office staff and other senior leaders to share insights and centralize information to drive growth. They will manage a team to: Ensure maximum effectiveness of the team and marketing technology infrastructure to be able to better support the business teams in achieving their growth and retention goals. Help enhance, harmonize, and ensure adherence to, marketing processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency ensure Capital Partners' compliance with BBH best practices, policies, and procedures for marketing technology platforms. Some of your key responsibilities include : Directly manage, develop, and coach a team of individuals based in New York. Guide and facilitate strategic discussions between business and technical executives. Work with Capital Partners leadership to help drive marketing technology usage and data governance. Become the Capital Partners Marketing subject matter expert for our marketing, sales enablement, and reporting technology to ensure proper usage, and diagnose areas for process improvement. Support and help coordinate the full automation of Seismic. Responsible for supporting heavy internal digital marketing and CRM development build and integrations, e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, SalesX (Capital Partners proprietary CRM). Interface with all areas affected by the projects (e.g. business users, other Systems colleagues, other interfacing projects, etc.). Act as a trusted adviser in developing a long-term technology roadmap with the business and technical users. Providing technical and analytical guidance Maintain a collaborative relationship with systems teams (consistent mtgs, accountability) Work with senior leadership, systems and vendor contract teams on budget and licensing renewals. Qualifications: Leadership and Collaboration Strong people management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to assist with execution. Self-starter, working effectively independently and within a team environment. Project Management Excellent project management and organizational skills to be able to monitor and prioritize multiple activities at once. Analytical and problem-solving skills Marketing Technology Demonstrate a strong understanding of Marketing and Salesforce technologies and architecture in the MarTech space. Knowledge and hands-on experience of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and salesforce technologies to help bridge IT with modern marketing demands. Technology certifications including, but not limited to: Seismic Certified Administrator, Marketo Certified Expert preferred. Experience with or an equivalent technology, e.g. Asana. Expert Excel skills strongly preferred. Experience working with internal build & external facing applications, highly desired. Experience of Salesforce, Marketo, Seismic, PowerPoint, DocuBuilder or similar technology. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a high level of initiative. Review and assist in development of project plans and project workflows. Salary Range $120,000-$140,000 BBH's compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
