Cashier Job Description Fuddruckers is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic shift lead to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Leading and supervising a team during assigned shift Assisting the Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant Managing and training staff to provide excellent customer service Setting and achieving sales and profit targets Monitoring and maintaining inventory and supply levels Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction Participating in marketing and promotional activities Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Creating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Preparing financial reports and analyzing data to make informed business decisions Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage and train staff Strong financial and business acumen Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Passion for the food industry and a desire to learn and grow Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong creative skills and ability to think out of the box We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
