This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in transactional tax to work on M&A transactions within the middle-market private equity space. The position is open to multiple office locations, offering a collaborative and supportive environment for career growth. Key Responsibilities Provide counsel on tax aspects of middle-market M&A transactions and private equity Draft and review transactional tax documents Conduct tax analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams Provide strategic guidance on tax structuring and compliance matters Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where applying Minimum 5 years of transactional tax experience Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 firm preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and independently Excellent business judgment and client-service orientation Compensation & Benefits Salary Range : $310,000 - $420,000 per year (dependent on experience and location) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer contributions, and more.
