Job Summary: The Event and Marketing Manager is responsible for organizing impactful events, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and enhancing brand presence. This role involves managing events from conception through execution, as well as crafting strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creative, strategic, and organizational skills to bring events to life while boosting the company's market reach. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Management: Develop, plan, and execute events that align with Hartville Marketplace brand objectives to bring customers to the Hartville Marketplace. Coordinate event logistics including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site supervision. Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with overall business objectives. Manage event timelines, ensuring all elements are completed on schedule. Participate in post-event debriefs to assess success, gather feedback, and recommend improvements. Marketing Campaign Development: Work with the HRM Marketing team in order to brand implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support events and other brand initiatives. Develop targeted strategies that include email, social media, content marketing, and paid media. Manage relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, and partners. Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using analytics to inform future strategies. Brand Management & Audience Engagement: Work closely with creative teams to develop and maintain brand messaging across events and campaigns. Create engaging, relevant content to build audience loyalty and community engagement. Manage digital platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging and high engagement on social media. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. (Preferred) 3-5 years of experience in event planning and marketing management. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in marketing tools, email marketing software and analytics platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with social media management platforms.
