Paralegal (Newark)

Their full-service team now consists of 140 lawyers! Together we are searching for a Paralegal for their Newark, NJ location. The candidate would be working with two/three attorneys. This position is predominantly with Land Use however, Landlord/Tenant work is also going to be involved. Salary of $70K-$75K Key Responsibilities: Knowledge of land use, dealing with planning and zoning departments. Excellent organizational skills as there are many forms and checklists involved. Prepare notices to run in newspapers and serve property owners. Calendaring all pertinent dates for hearings before the planning and zoning boards. Qualifications: Use and knowledge of eCourts is required for the Landlord/Tenant portion. Ability to open new files and some administration work.
