Property Maintenance Technician (commercial properties)

Description We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Maintenance Technician. This position: Performs preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment and grounds Monitors building system operations and performance Will perform various repairs and preventative maintenance involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock repair, roofing Coordinates assigned activities with contractors, other divisions, outside agencies, tenants and the general public; and performs related duties as assigned Executes work orders and responds to tenant maintenance requests Inspects building systems and performs necessary repairs and maintenance Keeps maintenance logs on different building systems Requirements Experience with: Maintaining commercial property Some experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical Ability to change HVAC filters, perform repairs on toilets, urinals, and sinks Ability to perform light carpentry jobs Must have good people skills to work with tenants Must have high school diploma or equivalent Must have valid driver's license Should be self starter with excellent attention to detail who is highly organized!
