Senior Accountant

A professional services firm in Wisconsin is currently seeking an experienced Accountant for a promising Senior-level and Remote opportunity with their growing team. Responsibilities: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for: Planning, executing, and completing engagements in a timely and efficient manner Preparing complex individual, fiduciary, partnership, and/or corporate income tax returns for clients Reviewing individual, fiduciary, partnership, and/or corporate income tax returns for clients Managing communication with clients and directing team members in same Corresponding with taxing authorities to address inquiries and proposed adjustments Analyzing all engagements to identify key points of technical focus and required procedural changes, as necessary Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of Accounting experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Experience in a Public Accounting setting Microsoft Excel proficient Proven skills in Project Management Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: CPA or parts passed
