Senior Workday Financials Systems Analyst Ensign Services is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Systems Analyst to provide support and expertise to internal leaders and teams on a variety of Workday topics and issues. Duties will include: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday Financials solutions. Recommend and create custom reports utilizing the most efficient report type (Including but not limited to Advanced, Matrix, and Composite) Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Financials, providing guidance and support to end-users and troubleshooting system issues. Assist Finance and Accounting teams in configuration and maintenance of Business Processes, Account Posting Rules, and security assignments. Maintain data integrity of the financial system by analyzing data, audit controls and producing reports. Take an active role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement that delivers scalable and repeatable business processes to support our finance and accounting partners. Qualifications: We are seeking a talented professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills for this position. Qualified candidates will have: Must have experience in Accounting Finance or Information Technology and a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices. 3+ years of Workday Financials experience with in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials configuration and functionality Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. A highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently but who also functions as a team member. Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical constituents. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management. Preferred Qualifications Experience with configurable Workday security groups; including role-based, user-based, segmented, and rule-based groups. Experience with Workday integrations including but not limited to: EIBs, RaaS Reports, SOAP/REST APIs.
