We are looking for an individual that would assist in administrative tasks for a local Marketing Promotional and Printing company. We are a fast-paced, busy and profitable business providing embroidery & screen printing, signage, mailing, printing, graphic design and print marketing solutions. Responsibilities: Administrative tasks (answering phones, email inquiries) Equipment ordering Invoicing Other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong customer service skills Ability to communicate on the phone and in writing Adobe Suite knowledge is desirable Prior experience in the printing or mailing industry is a plus but not required At least 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator Consider joining our team if you want to be part of a team where you are appreciated, and have a direct impact on a company's results.
