Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team to provide Urology care. Join our practice as they provide ambulatory clinic care, hospital rounding and surgical cases. This opportunity provides a built-in referral base. We have 3 patient care facilities in Northwest Indiana. We have an affiliated 9-bed surgical hospital attached to the Specialty Center where Endocrinology is located.
