Summary: This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage a team, oversee multiple projects, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. As an experienced IT Manager you will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, as well as the ability to manage and support various technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable. Manage network and system administration, including implementing and maintaining security protocols. Lead the management and integration of software applications, with a particular focus on platforms like Shopify. Direct and coordinate IT-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Provide strong leadership to the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and operations. Experience with network and system administration, and knowledge of security protocols. Proficiency in managing software applications and integrations, especially with platforms like Shopify. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, CISSP) are a plus.
