As a Collections Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by facilitating the collection of outstanding customer account balances. You will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager and work closely with our Customer Service, Scheduling and Consumer Finance teams. What You'll Contribute In this role, you can expect to: Clear credit notes/invoices against open customer invoices to resolve accounts that are paid in full Compile customer financial correspondence to rectify invoice issues and provide the customer any missing invoice copies Update customer accounts in CRM to ensure accurate reporting Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts What It Takes to Succeed At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results.
