Over the two decades after the end of World War II, leaders in government, business, professional sectors, and academia had called for a new approach to providing educational opportunity. A key concern was Virginia's ability to develop a skilled and knowledgeable workforce to expand the state's economy. Today our community colleges give every Virginian the opportunity to gain a quality education. With 23 colleges on 40 campuses located throughout the state, Virginia's Community Colleges are committed to serving Virginia families, helping them acquire the knowledge and skills to seize the opportunities of today and tomorrow. Key responsibilities include providing advanced technical leadership in managing complex integrations utilizing iPaaS solutions and other integration brokers across various enterprise applications. This position is also responsible for ITIL and ITSM configurations, supporting colleges in onboarding to the TeamDynamix system, and ensuring the architecture integrates effectively with other systems used across the 23 colleges. In addition, the role requires applying scheduled maintenance, including vendor-supplied or in-house developed patches and fixes, to maintain and optimize enterprise applications and integrations. The individual will oversee the release process for new or enhanced applications, including planning, scheduling, and communicating updates, as well as delivering detailed implementation documentation and guidelines.
