Maple Seed Farms is seeking full- and part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. Our services bridge the gap for children, teens, and young adults transitioning through the different stages of life. From the Farmhouse to the Skills Center, our 6-acre site offers unique opportunities for a variety of service offerings including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Medicaid Waiver Services, and daily living skills development. We are seeking team members who are dynamic, resourceful, and enthusiastic. The position is flexible and can be full or part time and independent contractor or company-employed. Independent contractors can create a flexible schedule within the schedule of the individuals they support and are offered opportunities to collaborate with other on-staff BCBAs. Independently contracted telehealth positions are available, and scheduling is flexible. Pay is competitive and based on your experience and qualifications. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, your duties will include: -monitoring progress for each individual on your caseload, making changes to treatment programs as needed -overseeing implementation of individual treatment plans while maintaining adequate progression -creating, reviewing, and approving individual reports to document progress and skill acquisition -providing oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians -effectively communicating with parents/caregivers while preserving confidentiality -cultivating a positive, enthusiastic atmosphere Requirements: -Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, social work, special education or a related field -Certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) -Relevant previous job experience preferred The physical demands and characteristics of the work environment described here are representative of those that will be encountered by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
