Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. Responsibilities: The ServiceNow Developer will build and support ServiceNow integrations to support business, engineering and automation needs Custom development, configuration, and testing, including developing customizations in ServiceNow to meet project objectives and business needs Independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to standards Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems A top-level technical contributor in highly specialized phases of applications system architecture with strong technical (applications based) knowledge As a ServiceNow Developer, you may serve as project manager or team lead on complex projects Based on customer requirements, formulates/defines system scope and objectives Researches, develops, codes, or modifies architecture components that are well designed, efficient and conform to architectural standards When assuming the project manager role, manages day-to-day project-related activities for projects of moderate to high complexity The ServiceNow Developer will work with multiple business owners to move forward development and enhancements around the core ITSM applications including Incident, Change and Request Required Skills : * Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or comparable industry experience * Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow Developer (CSD) required * ITIL foundation cert fication required * ServiceNow ITSM Implementer certification desired * Minimum of 10 years of total IT experience * Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow platform * Experience with HR Service Delivery * Experience with Identity Management tools * Experience in pipeline automation, testing, deployment of ServiceNow components and customizations * Candidate must possess excellent oral/written communication skills and a proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and be able to document requirements and solution modifications Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
