Bank of Oak Ridge is seeking a sales-oriented professional to provide spectacular financial services to our clients and excellent leadership of our branch team! The ideal candidate will have strong business development, leadership and financial services skills and expertise. Business Development Ensure branch meets loan, deposit and referral goals. Develop and build center of influence to generate new business leads in the community. Participate in community organizations and activities to enhance Bank of Oak Ridge's presence in the local community. Lead branch outreach and business development efforts. Assist and coach branch staff to contribute effectively. Leadership Contribute to the overall profitability of the branch through income generation, loan growth, deposit growth, expense management, and branch marketing efforts. Provide leadership, training, coaching and supervision to branch staff. Create a successful sales and service culture consistent with Bank of Oak Ridge values and philosophies. Facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service and product training. Financial Services Sales, Operations & Customer Service Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank of Oak Ridge clients. Expand client relationships by identifying client needs and developing solutions to their financial goals. Promote, refer, and cross sell clients to the Bank's other lines of business. Manage difficult situations with clients as needed, providing support for staff and resolutions for clients. Ensure branch adheres to Bank policies and procedures. Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering federal regulations and guidelines, internal bank policies, and complete annual training requirements. Requirements Minimum education level of HS diploma or equivalent. Strong presence in the Greensboro market and / or surrounding communities. At least 5 years of experience in a banking or financial services role, with a minimum of 3 years lending experience. Management and team leadership experience required. Prior experience as a financial service branch manager preferred. Knowledge of Bank operations, products, services, state and federal laws and regulations, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
