Job Description Audience Development Manager, Puzzmo Puzzmo's Audience Development Lead will be responsible for growing and nurturing an audience of puzzle gamers across our website, mobile app, and network of partner sites. You will work closely with Puzzmo's games, product, and business teams to develop and lead creative, cost-effective initiatives that build awareness, then turn that awareness into habit, registration, and paid subscription. What Will It Take To Be Successful? Success in the job will involve working collaboratively with experienced business and product leads. The right candidate will be versatile - able to develop and help execute growth initiatives across paid, social, and earned media strategies that connect directly to what makes Puzzmo and its individual games special. The right candidate will find large and small ways to encourage existing Puzzmo players to return, register, subscribe, and evangelize the product. Some of your most impactful work will involve developing and managing product features and enhancements, as well as special events and promotions around game releases, that translate the enthusiasm of Puzzmo's existing userbase into growth outside of its niche. Data literacy and the ability to turn data insights into action will be at the core of the job. We expect qualified candidates to have 5+ years experience in marketing and/or audience development for games. As part of your interview process you will be asked to provide specific examples of campaigns and initiatives you were involved with that contributed to successful releases. Puzzmo Is The New Place For Thoughtful Puzzles Puzzmo is a puzzle games platform founded by Zach Gage and Orta Therox, acquired by Hearst in 2023. In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York State. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York State, is $120,000 - 140,000. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York State. If this role is open to candidates outside of New York State, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
