EHS Coordinator

Job Description Title : EHS Coordinator Location : Near Edgewater, NJ Hire Type: Direct Hire Must have Requirement: Ability to speak Spanish Salary : $95k-$105k/yr. Job Duties : Develop and implement safety systems, policies, and procedures. Advise facilities on regulatory compliance and S&E requirements. Partner with corporate S&E to develop and execute strategies. Assess, prevent, and manage S&E issues and risks. Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations. Provide leadership and support for S&E initiatives. Conduct shop floor inspections and audits. Coach and mentor S&E professionals. Lead/participate in S&E audits. Support initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities. Qualifications : Undergraduate degree in environmental engineering, occupational safety, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Advanced certification in environmental, health, safety, or related field. Completion of OSHA 511 and 501 courses. Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements.
