Immediate Opening for an Engineering Manager in Exton, PA! Our client is a well-established manufacturer of industrial and commercial equipment, and is looking to grow their product development team! The Product Engineering Manager reports to the Director of Engineering and works with the Product Engineering Department to manage the day-to-day engineering requirements of the business ensuring that production is sustained and Engineering duties are fulfilled. This individual is responsible for solving any engineering issue that comes up during the production of the Company's products and to assist in solving other issues the company may have during the production of products. The Product Engineering Manager will manage, develop, and lead a team of engineering professionals to meet organizational goals as determined by the Director of Engineering. The ideal candidate thinks creatively and strategically to execute tactical Engineering efforts that support the company brand in the applicable market segments the products are sold into. This position is focused on current product lines, including improving and expanding on current product lines. Job Requirements Requirements: * Bachelor"s degree or higher in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering. SolidWorks or any 3D design software experience. * Eight to ten years of professional experience in a relevant field. * Two to five years of Engineering Management experience in a leadership role (industrial equipment manufacturing preferred). Management of personnel or projects is acceptable. * Ability to collaborate with many other teams and departments. * Ability to create a set of qualifications for new and/or existing products * Excellent organizational, analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills * Interpersonal skills to manage a team of engineers * Ability to give constructive criticism * Ability to make decisions quickly #ZRBC
