Let your expertise drive the Operations & Financial health of this transplant service. Manage this incredible program by working collaboratively with a team of Physicians, s, Nurses, Transplant Coordinators and Support Staff. You will supervise a dynamic team of direct reports and direct the efficient operations of our Pediatric and Adult Renal and Pancreas Transplantation Program. Oversee initiatives to provide optimal patient care, operations, safety, cost efficiency, revenue flow, strategic growth, programmatic development and patient satisfaction. Provide oversight and guidance to the department, including process flow redesign and project management in this highly visible position. This is a day shift position with oversight extending to other shifts as inherent in a leadership position. Location is our Columbia campus in Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights. Preferred Criteria Clinical background as a Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred Strong experience as Practice Manager preferred Required Criteria Bachelor's Degree required Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience 5 years or more of Transplant management experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's Degree Three or more years of experience in management or administration Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
