Soft Skills - Road mapping/timeline creation Business Group & Key Projects: • Part of the digital business team - responsible for mobile customer experience strategies • Responsible for creating ideas of features that can be brought to mobile apps and figuring out how to implement • Position is going to be a backfill Typical Day in the Role: • Candidate will be responsible for managing and solutioning how things get done - handling multiple features at a time • Works with cross functional teams - UX, legal, stakeholders, finance, etc • Opportunity for extension or conversion to direct hire Responsibilities: • Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope • Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising • Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements • Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs • Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing • Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures • Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses • Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized • Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. • MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. • PMP or PMI certification • 5-7 years' experience • Proven project management experience • People management and team building skills • Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities • Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization • Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment Responsible for solutioning Epics into Features: Must be able to identify and work toward a holistic customer experience for each Epic Responsible for grooming features for development readiness Responsible for working with development teams, UX, legal, cyber security, testing and more in order to execute feature content and release to customers Put customer's needs at the center of everything they do Maintain relationships with other lines of businesses to see their features through development Create supporting documentation for features including roadmaps, visual models, etc when it makes sense Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree required - can be technical or non-technical Sincerely, Sagar Raju Senior Account Manager Tech Tammina LLC | 4460 Brookfield Corporate Dr. Suite N, Chantilly, VA 20151 Mobile Phone: / | Appian| Mendix| RPA | AI | Hyper Automation MBE | BEP Certified |
