The Attorney Development Coordinator assists the Attorney Development Managers (ADMs) with various tasks and projects related to attorney development, including assisting with reporting, data entry and analytics. This role requires direct contact with attorneys and other staff members and the ability to maintain confidentiality of the firm's internal and personnel information. What You Will Do: Attorney Development: Schedule meetings, events, and associate-ADM check-ins. Assist with preparing materials for meetings, including creating draft reports, presentations, and emails. Attend meetings related to Attorney Development, maintain and distribute notes and proactively follow up on issues discussed with ADMs. Work Allocation: Support ADMs in the work allocation process and assist with attorney development in a fast-paced environment. Assist ADMs with data entry and tracking of staffing requests. Provide back-up support to ADMs when an ADM is handling other priorities by responding to requests as needed. Assist with tracking leaves of absence and vacation to inform work allocation. Data Tracking and Reporting: Assist with creating, maintaining, and updating reports and analyzing utilization, productivity, and workforce planning trends, synthesizing data from multiple sources. Onboarding/Integration/Transition: Assist with planning for new hire arrivals, scheduling meetings and handling logistics, and ensuring orderly departure, relocation, and internal transition processes. Performance Management: Assist the ADM team with the annual and mid-year performance management processes. Create pdfs of review materials, distribute materials, and track completion of review meetings. Collaborate with Attorney Management & Advancement team on logistics for the review processes. Advisor Program: Partner with ADMs to identify Advisor and Mentor pairings, draft associated communications, and update all firm systems. Maintain records of advisor/advisee and mentor/mentee pairings throughout the year. Provide periodic reports and audits to ADMs on advisor and mentor pairings. Assist with distributing information about the program. Suggest materials of interest to ADMs for Advisor/Advisee discussion. Collaboration and Special Projects: Collaborate with team members and GO! Team members outside of Attorney Development, as needed, to create or update materials for meetings, trainings, or presentations and to execute on new and ongoing projects. Who You Are: Bachelor's Degree. 2+ year of experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, Zoom. Knowledge of Tableau, Workday, Microsoft Forms a plus. Ability to develop proficiency with new technology quickly. Strong organizational skills and project management skills, with the ability to move projects forward independently and pivot between projects.
