I. Position Housekeeper (Custodian) II. Related Titles Janitor; Cleaning Person; Custodian; Housekeeper; III. Job Summary (Essential Functions) Clean all club facilities. IV. Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities) 1. Dusts rooms and furniture. 2. Cleans restrooms; restocks restroom supplies. 3. Vacuums carpets and mops floors throughout the club including dining areas. 4. Sweeps patio area and cleans patio furniture. 5. Empties all wastebaskets and trash cans indoors and outdoors. 6. Disinfects fitness equipment. 7. Mops and sweeps floors. 8. Cleans and polishes brass. 9. Washes inside and outside of windows. 10. Vacuums carpets. 11. Reports any damage, burned-out light bulbs and plumbing problems to the maintenance or housekeeping departments. 12. Takes trash to dumpster. 13. Polishes glass, table surfaces, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment and door handles. 14. Moves furniture. 15. Cleans locker room areas including showers and bath areas. 16. Cleans walls throughout clubhouse as necessary. 17. Maintains outside of clubhouse building (cleans walkways, patios and entrances). 18. Maintains the pool area including changing rooms and restrooms. 19. Cleans exterior of HVAC vents. 20. Conducts deep-cleaning projects. 21. Cleans all restrooms on golf course and at revenue outlet locations. 22. Assists with tables, chairs and other furniture needed for special events. 23. Dusts exercise equipment. 24. Cleans employee restrooms. 25. Cleans cigarette containers at entrances. 26. Vacuums elevators; cleans stairwells and landings; dusts ceiling light fixtures; does spot cleaning as necessary; checks drapes for needed repairs and missing hooks. 27. Transports linen to and from the linen or laundry room. 28. Attends departmental staff meetings. 29. Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Department Managers of the Club. V.
