Job Type Full-time Description DEPARTMENT: Retail SEATED AT: Dual Highway REPORTS TO: Branch Manager The Assistant Branch Manager will assist the Branch Manager in providing leadership to the bank through efficient daily operations in all areas of banking service. Who We Want: Champion of Growth - Strong knowledge of banking services and ability to contact and assist customers and prospective customers Responsible for representing the financial institution in public relations activities and community affairs Assist the team in efforts to reach profit, performance, and branch goals Industry Expert - Ability to identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency Manage daily aspects of the department and its staff to ensure projects are completed and goals and customer needs are met Assist in managing branch inventory Analytical Thinker - Ability to use technology and adapt to learn new processes Research and resolve customer account discrepancies Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task What You'll Do: Provide personnel management for branch staff Manage overall branch office operations Establish and help to attain internal performance objectives for the branch office, which includes audits Responsible for maintaining a professional business-like atmosphere within the branch office Assist in coaching employees when needed and coordinate staff training when needed Test branch security equipment and investigate security issues when needed What You Get: Competitive pay Eligible for incentive pay Excellent benefits package, including 15 days of annual Paid Time Off (PTO). One to two years of experience in a financial institution. Excellent customer service skills utilized for both internal and external customers Strong and positive verbal, and written communication, and supervisory skills Strong knowledge of banking regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation Ability to work well within a team, in shared roles, with flexible hours, including Saturday EOE, including disability/vets Salary Description $19.00 - $28.50
