What you'll do Work with in-house developers to design Cloud-based technical architectures, migration approaches, and application optimizations that enable business objectives Develop and coordinate strategic solutions that align with the business objectives and the architectural direction of the organization Maintain and update CI/CD pipelines and automation Improve the monitoring and alert system Maintain relevance in best practices as it relates to compliance, security, privacy, and legal requirements Create and deliver recommendations, training, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code Maintain Docker/Container clusters Create and improve Kubernetes tooling and controllers Share seven day on-call rotations with the rest of our cloud support team Serve as a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges What sets you apart 7 years of cloud infrastructure experience in a software development environment, or 5 years with an advanced degree 1-2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes and Docker Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud-based solution architectures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Experience in writing software in one or more of the following languages: Java, C/C++, Python, JavaScript, Scala, Rust, Go Experience in configuration and maintenance of multiple databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB, SQLite, or other relational databases Experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, and continuous integration/delivery Experience working with and managing external partners Understanding of microservice design and architectural patterns Familiarity with complex event processing and event-driven architecture Don't meet every requirement?
