Job Type Full-time Description BOOKKEEPER CNC Manufacturing is an industry leading expert in the precision machining of performance critical parts in diverse industries, including dental, defense, and aerospace. The 37,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility in Coatesville, PA features some of the industry's most technologically advanced machining and quality control equipment. CNC Manufacturing celebrates the diversity and expertise of its team members. We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day accounting activities with a focus on efficiency and time management. Responsibilities include cash flow review, A/R and A/P supervision, month end close, P & L and balance sheet production, and bank reporting. Some HR/Payroll experience helpful. We offer Medical, Dental, Life, Short and Long Term Disability. The company shares the cost of the Medical, but fully pays for Dental, $25,000 Life Insurance, and the Long Term Disability Insurance. The Optional Short Term Disability is employee paid, but is usually a nominal cost. We have a Simple IRA Plan which is structured like a 401(k) Plan and the company matches 100% of the first 3% of the employee's deferral. Paid Time Off benefits include vacation, sick, and holidays. Employees are eligible for health and time off benefits after 90 days of service. Entry into the Simple IRA plan can be immediate. Requirements Responsibilities A/R and A/P Supervision A/R Schedule and Projected Collections; A/P Review and Payment Schedule Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll taxes Month end close and associated reports and schedules Profit Loss Statement Balance Sheet Maintain and update general ledger and necessary journal entries Knowledge of bank reporting Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, HR or equivalent experience 2 to 3+ years of accounting/bookkeeping with QuickBooks Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERPs and Human Resources Information/Payroll Systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Basic knowledge of performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
