Under supervision, the Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating residents' access to community-based services and benefits and enhancing community engagement at each assigned property. Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support service coordination, collaboration with partners, and meeting reporting requirements, while reflecting the HDC mission. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Center residents and hold in mind their experiences to deliver services. Support residents to maintain/achieve their self-sufficiency and enhance their quality of life. Foster collaborative and participatory initiatives with residents and community partners. Work seamlessly with property management staff on resident referrals, eviction prevention services and community building efforts. Maintain resident files according to resident services guidelines. Submit reports to HDC and other regulatory agencies as required. Participate in organization, team and cross-team meetings to facilitate effective communication. Meet or exceed Resident Services Performance Standards. Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background. Education, experience, and special requirements: Position requires a high school diploma or GED. With high school diploma or GED, 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, required. Position prefers bachelor's degree in human services (such as psychology, social work, social science, or other related fields) with a least one year of relevant work experience.
