Branch Manager - NW Ohio or SE Michigan

STATEMENT OF POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES BRANCH MANAGER IN TRAINING JOB FUNCTION: Full-time We are seeking a skilled Branch Manager to join our team. This position will train with our current Branch Manager at our headquarters located in Woodville Ohio. After extensive training, the Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations at their own location in Northwest Ohio or Southeast Michigan. This position will be responsible for carrying the quality, standards, and reputation Freedom Roofing, Windows and Siding has built over the past twelve years at their branch. REQUIRED SKILLS: At least 5 years of hands-on sales experience. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytic tools. Solid understanding of the roofing, windows and siding industry. Excellent communication and result oriented mind set with a passion for achieving company growth. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with the team and customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees. Strong computer skills. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES: Manage the overall operations for the entire branch. Manage the estimating process to ensure an accurate scope of work is created and an estimate is provided to the customer, which meets profit objectives. Coordinate seamless execution of projects from planning to completion. Create and maintain client relationships, managing customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer issues if and when there are any. Keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Provide results with the goal of consistent customer satisfaction and timely payments. Proactively identify and resolve operational issues. Verify inventory product quantities and supplies for use during projects, reducing waste to lower operating costs. Handles subcontractors' agreements and submitting of subcontractors' payroll.
