Skills for an Assembler: Experience in mini- inverter assembly Electronics experience required Excellent attendance and on-time record Attention to detail Team player - willing to help where needed Attention to detail (did you notice this is here twice??) Essential Duties and Responsibilities of an Assembler Reads and understands written and verbal direction, follows sample assemblies, pulls parts for shop floor orders and assembles parts Positions and aligns parts as needed Crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, solders, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place Mounts and connects assembled components Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies Performs intermediate assembly tasks as required Willingness to assist as needed Benefits for an Assembler: Medical, Rx, and Wellness Benefits Dental and Vision Plan Options Short-term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Holiday Pay This position is open and ready to hire!!
