Responsibilities: Design, fabricate, and maintain tools and fixtures to support production needs Must have worked with Zinc as a die cast engineer Diagnose issues with molds and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality Safely set up and operate manual mills, lathes, and grinding machines Work from part drawings to understand specifications and requirements for tool and die production Ensure all tools and dies meet quality standards and specifications Qualifications: Ability to work from part drawings Understanding of zinc die casting Experience with manual mills, lathes, and grinding machines.
