(This field role is open to those seated anywhere on the West Coast of the United States)What you'll achieveAs a Business Development Manager-Professional Services, you will manage relationships with Dell's top strategic partners. You will develop strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of key business drivers that influence purchasing decisions.You will:Assist in driving regionallocal relationships between Dell Technologies Services and key AI partners NVIDIA, Microsoft, ServiceNow, and multi-cloud partners Microsoft and RedHat teamsPerform a rhythm of business activities to support Dell sales teams.Shape and execute global partner enabled solutions campaigns to be regional-specific across inside sales and field salesCommunicate our successes, wins, and achievements to our internal and external stakeholdersBuild strategic partnerships with key partners (Microsoft, NVIDIA, RedHat, ServiceNow, and others) based on roleLand Strategic Partnerships initiativesManage Strategic Partners regional sales programs, enablement, training and events as necessaryProvide education & awareness to the Dell and Strategic Partner teamsDrive cross-company sales engagement, removing barriers, architecting business solutions, to help close the saleSupport sales pursuits as necessaryTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements8 to 12 years of experience in a technical services sales role, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft, NVIDIA, RedHat, and Dell Technologies, and reside on the West Coast of the United StatesExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the Dell Technologies companies, customers, partners, and vendorsServices sales opportunity identification and development experienceAccount and partner relationship managementProgram development & event managementTravel required: Up to 25%Desirable RequirementsBachelor's degree and industry-related technical certificationsAdvanced knowledge of businesstechnology transformation programs such as Digital, IT, Security, and WorkforceCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
