Job Summary: The Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting estate operations by performing data analysis, problem resolution, and ensuring the integrity of estate-related documentation. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on estate distributions. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills to support the Retirements group effectively. Key Responsibilities: Conduct various levels of problem resolution and data analysis related to estate operations. Review and validate documentation for probate and beneficiary asset distributions in a timely manner. Analyze error trends, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights. Resolve estate-related issues and document the resolution process clearly. Ensure the integrity of client-facing data displays. Assist management with developing metrics to track the progress and completion of estate inquiry resolution. Produce accurate, relevant, and actionable status reports. Follow established procedures and quality assurance protocols for estate processes. Support strategic initiatives aimed at increasing productivity through process efficiencies and automation. Required Qualifications: Basic internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in the financial services industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. A proactive approach with a sense of ownership and urgency in resolving inquiries and issues. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in brokerage, retirement, estate, or beneficiary services. Proven ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and shifting priorities. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
